Summary
My work as a consultant has been centered around education and understanding. Whether it be between individual groups or corporations. It is only though understanding the “other” that one can bring stressful situations to peaceful closure.

-Worked with several teams within Apple Retail to support and grow the Customers Experience.
-Assisted with the development of new management protocols with in the Back of House Team.
-Integral in keeping Back of House communications open between Management/Specialist/Genius teams.
-Coached customers from a variety of backgrounds and age groups on new and older Apple products.
-Utilized customers own passions to grow their knowledge of Apple software and hardware.
-Mentored new employees on the history and modern corporate practices of Apple.

-Created flyers, catalogs, sell sheets, books and logos for a variety of clients
-Mentored employees in the use of Apple Macintosh computers for pre-press and desktop publishing
-Re-structured image catalog system to be more time efficient
-Assisted in maintaining Mac-based network (AppleTalk) and several high-end laser & ink jet printers with RIPs.

I served as an EMT-D and Heavy Rescue Technician. I also served as a Lieutenant. I was certified in: NJ State EMT-D (Emergency Medical Technician De-fibrillation), Advanced Pediatric Care, PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma and Life Support), Heavy Rescue, Hazardous Materials Awareness, Hazardous Materials Response, Bus/Aircraft/Train Rescue, Fire RIT (Rapid Intervention Team or FAST team), Wilderness Fire Fighting , Confined Space, High Angle and Collapsed Structure Rescue.

I served as an EMT-D for the Corps. I was also certified in NJ State EMT-D, Advanced Pediatric Care, PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma and Life Support).
